NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117 and the Westford Development Review Board will hold a public hearing at the Westford Town Offices (1713 VT-128) & via ZOOM on Monday, April 27, 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM to review the following application:
Application: Waiver Review Public Hearing
Applicant: Dave Adams
Property Location: Adams Property – Old Stage Road (approx. 275.6 acres)
Zoning Districts: Rural 10 and Water Resource Overlay
The proposal is a request for a front yard setback waiver to construct an addition onto a pre-existing, non-conforming accessory structure approximately 0 feet from the front property line.
