NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §117 and the Westford Land Use & Development Regulations, the Westford Development Review Board will hold public hearings at the Westford Town Offices (1713 VT-128) & via ZOOM on Monday, October 26, 2026 beginning at 6:00 PM to review the following applications:
Application: Preliminary/Final Plat Review and Waiver Review
Applicant: Chris & Cory Tardie
Property Location: Tardie Property – Machia Hill Road (approx. 73.1 acres)
Zoning Districts: Rural 10 and Water Resource Overlay
This proposal is a request for final plat approval of a 3-lot minor subdivision and a waiver request for a reduced front-yard setback.
