NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117 and the Westford Development Review Board will hold a public hearing at the Westford Town Offices (1713 VT-128) & via ZOOM on Monday, August 24, 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM to review the following application:
Application: Conditional Use & Waiver Review
Applicant: Tony & Jessica Pouliot
Property Location: Pouliot Property – Osgood Hill Road (approx. 83.6 acres)
Zoning Districts: Village, Rural 10, and Water Resource Overlay
The proposal is a request for Conditional Use approval to construct a residential driveway within the Water Resource Overlay and a request for a Waiver to construct a dwelling outside the maximum setback.
