NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117 and the Westford Development Review Board will hold a public hearing at the Westford Town Offices (1713 VT-128) & via ZOOM on Monday, March 23, 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM to review the following application:

Application: Conditional Use Review
Applicant: Andrew Sepic & Nicole Grinstead
Property Location: Sepic-Grinstead Property – Cambridge Road (approx. 10.35 acres)
Zoning Districts: Rural 10 and Water Resource Overlay

The proposal is a request for Conditional Use approval to construct a residential driveway within the Water Resource Overlay.
